The following services are provided:

• Meet with borrowers at their home or business, or other convenient location.

• Experience & knowledge to identify loan documents for borrowers

• Obtain all signatures, initials and double check documents are complete.

• Notarize documents as required (Acknowledgments and Jurats)

• Ability to print e-docs (Laser Printer)

Notaries will travel to any location, including the following:

• Escrow-Title-Mortgage-Lending offices

• Private residences or your place of business 

• Coffee houses or restaurants or your choice of location

• Hospitals, doctors' offices, assisted living/senior centers
